I’m interviewed by Audrey Zuvich at the Examiner.  I think it’s one of the best interviews I’ve done, so I hope you’ll give it a read.  We talk The Sundering, Erevis Cale, Egil and Nix, and Star Wars.  My thanks to Audrey for such excellent questions. A taste:

AZ: My final question is if you could say something to your readers, what would you say to them?

Kemp: I’d say don’t do drugs, with the exception of whiskey. Do do whiskey. I’d say take the hard path and be honorable in everything you do. I’d say kiss like you mean it. I’d say don’t let fear of falling down keep you from standing up.

And then I’d say “thanks.” I owe my career to word of mouth, readers recommending my stories to friends, family, and acquaintances. I sincerely appreciate all the support they’ve given me over the years.
